The offer and sale of products on our website LIDIASHOPPING.IT are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale.

1.Our trade policy

1.1 LIDIASHOPPING offers products for sale on LIDIASHOPPING.IT, and operates e-commerce exclusively to its end users, the “consumers”.

1.2 “Consumer” shall mean any individual acting on LIDIASHOPPING.IT for purposes not related to their trade, business or professional activity. If you are not a “consumer”, you are kindly requested not to buy any products on LIDIASHOPPING.IT.

1.3 In accordance with its commercial policy, the seller reserves the right not to accept orders from anyone other than the “consumer” and any other orders that do not comply with its trade policy. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order according to its own discretion.

1.4 These general Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders of products on LIDIASHOPPING.IT between users and the seller.

1.5 These General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or sale of products by parties other than the seller, which may appear on LIDIASHOPPING.IT through links, banners or other hypertext links. We recommend, before placing orders and purchasing products and services from persons other than the seller, to verify their conditions of sale, since the seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the seller,  or the conclusion of e-commerce operations between users and third parties other than LIDIASHOPPING.IT.

2. How to Execute a contract with LIDIASHOPPING

2.1 To conclude the purchase of one or more products on LIDIASHOPPING.IT, you must fill in the order form and send it electronically to the seller, according to the instructions.

2.2 The order form contains a link to the General Conditions of Sale,  a summary of information on the characteristics of each ordered product and its price (including all applicable taxes), means of payment that you may use to purchase each product, and the method of delivery of purchased products, shipping costs and delivery, a reference to the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal,  how and when to eventually  return the products purchased.

2.3 The contract is concluded when the seller receives, via computer, your order form, and upon verification of the correctness of all data relating to your order.

2.4 Prior to purchasing any products, by transmitting the order form, you will be requested to read carefully the General Conditions of Sale and the Information concerning the right of withdrawal, to print a copy through “print” and to save or reproduce a copy for your own personal use.

2.5 The order form will be filed in our database for the period of time required to process your order and as regulated by law. You may access your order form by clicking on the section “orders” in the Customer Care reserved area.

2.6 Before submitting the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct any errors in data entry.

2.7 The language to sign the contract with the seller is Italian.

2.8 After your order form has been submitted, LIDIASHOPPING will process your order.

2.9 The seller will not process your purchase orders in case of no guarantees of solvency, if the order is incomplete or incorrect, or in case of unavailability of products.

In these cases we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the seller has not carried out your purchase order, specifying the reasons.

If the products featured on LIDIASHOPPING.IT are no longer available for sale at the time of your last access to the site or when sending of the order form, the seller will notify you promptly and ,in any event, the unavailability of products ordered within thirty (30 ) days from the day following that on which you submitted your order. If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, the seller will refund the amount paid for those items.

2.10 With the transmission of the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in dealing with the seller, these Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with any of the terms in the General Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form to purchase products on LIDIASHOPPING.IT.

2.11 By submitting an order form, you confirm that you understand and accept the Terms and Conditions and additional information contained in LIDIASHOPPING.IT, also through links, including the General Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy and Right of Withdrawal Policy.

2.12 Upon submission of an order form, the Seller shall send you a purchase order receipt e-mail, containing a summary of the information contained in the order form (General Conditions of Sale, Information on withdrawal, information relating to essential characteristics of the product and detailed indication of price, means of payment and delivery costs).


3. Guarantees and Product Prices Indication

3.1 On LIDIASHOPPING.IT we only offer for sale luxury and top quality products. These products are purchased directly from the seller at fashion houses, manufacturers and dealers, carefully selected by strict quality controls.

3.2 The seller shall not sell used products, irregular or inferior to the corresponding standards offered on the market.

3.3 The essential characteristics of products are shown on LIDIASHOPPING.IT within each product page. The images and colors of products offered for sale on LIDIASHOPPING.IT may not correspond exactly to reality  due to the effect of the Internet browser and monitor.

3.4 Product prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the order form.


4. Payments

4.1 Payment of the products, prices, shipping costs, and delivery shall be made using one of the procedures indicated in the order form.

4.2 If paying by credit card, financial information (for example, the number of credit / debit card or the expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to Banca Sella or other banks, which provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties in any way having access to such information. Such details will never be used by the Seller except for performing the procedures relating to your purchase or issuing relevant refunds in case of any returns, as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, or if it becomes necessary to report to the police any commission of fraud on LIDIASHOPPING.IT. The price for the purchase of products and shipping costs and delivery (except FREE BASIC fare for Italy), as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your account at the time of shipment of the products purchased.


5. Value Vouchers

5.1 Value vouchers are personalised codes called "PROMO CODES", which allow you to get a discount on purchases on LIDIASHOPPING.IT.

5.2 The PROMOTION CODE box appears on the front page of the cart: once the items have been placed in your cart, enter your code in the PROMOTION CODE box and click on APPLY.

5.3 Limitations to the use of value vouchers:

• Value Vouchers are used only once;
• Value Vouchers will in no way be converted into money;
• You may not use more than one value voucher in the same order;
• Value vouchers will apply to only one item per order;
• Value Vouchers may only be applied to products whose retail value is at least 1 euro higher than the value of the voucher itself. 


6. Shipping and delivery of products

6.1 For specific shipping methods and delivery of products, go to Shipping & Returns, within the area Questions. Please pay attention to what is reported in this section because the information contained herein shall form an integral and essential part of these Conditions of Sale and, therefore, shall be fully known and accepted at the time of transmission of the order form.

8. Right of withdrawal

8.1 You have the right to cancel your contract with the seller, without penalty, within ten (10) working days of the date of receipt of goods purchased on LIDIASHOPPING.IT. It is not possible to change the item you chose with another item.

8.2 To cancel the contract you must use the Return Form (Customer Area).

8.3 In this case, products shall be returned to the seller by express courrier within ten (10) working days from date of reception.

8.4 The only expenses charged to the Customer are those for the return of purchased products.

8.5 If you decide to use the carrier indicated by the seller in the form provided, however, you shall not have to personally pay the costs, at your expense, to return purchased products. The payment of the cost to return products will be charged to your account directly from the seller, you will thus be free from any payment obligation to the shipper. The seller will, for the payment of the refund, withhold from the refund amount a lump sum equal to the cost previously incurred for shipping and delivery to your address for the products purchased. Moreover, once the products have been given to the carrier indicated in the Return Form, the seller will be fully responsible for theft, loss, damage of the products during their transport.

8.6 If you decide to use a carrier other than that indicated by the seller in the Return Form, you will perform in person the payment of all expenses, at your charge, to return products purchased. In this case, you will have full liability for loss or damage of goods during transport.

8.7 The return right - besides compliance with the terms and procedures described in sections 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 - is exercised properly if the following conditions are fully respected:

The Return Form must be properly completed and submitted to the seller within ten (10) working days of receipt of goods;

The product must not be used, worn, washed or damaged;

All products are delivered with a tamperproof seal with the logo of LIDIA SHOPPING mounted on each end. The return will be accepted only if the red security seal, numbered with a unique code, is perfectly intact.

It can be sealed with wire or plastic or it can be a numbered label, as in shoes and accessories. We will not under any circumstances accept returns with the security seal cut, broken, disconnected, removed or tampered with;

• Products shall be returned in the same conditions as you received them, including labels, packaging and accessories (cover clothes, hangers, etc..).;
• Products shall be returned to the seller in a single shipment. The seller, in fact, reserves the right not to accept a single order returned and delivered at different times;
• Return items must be delivered to the carrier within ten (10) working days from the date you received the products.

8.8 If the return right is performed in the manner and time lapse specified in this paragraph 8, the seller shall refund the amounts paid for the purchase of products in accordance with procedures and deadlines.

8.9 The money will be repaid in the shortest possible time and in any event within thirty (30) days from the date on which the seller is aware of your Right of withdrawal, we will activate the refund procedure, once the proper execution of the terms and conditions stated above, as indicated in paragraph 9, have been verified.

8.10 If you do not follow the procedures and time limits stated above for exercising your right of withdrawal, as specified in this paragraph, you will not be entitled to the refund of sums already paid to the seller, but you shall be entitled, at your expense, to re-receive products in the state they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may keep the products in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.


9. Times and methods for refunding

9.1 After the return of products, the seller shall make all necessary verifications as to the compliance of the conditions and time limits specified in paragraph 8. In the event that verifications are confirm, the seller shall confirm via email the acceptance of returned products.

9.2 Whatever the method of payment you used, the refund is activated by the seller in the shortest time possible and within thirty (30) days from the date on which the seller is aware of your Right of Withdrawal after verification of proper implementation of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of returned products.

9.3 If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the goods specified in the order form and the person who has paid sums due for their purchase, the refund of amounts, upon exercising the right of withdrawal, will be issued by the vendor to those who made the payment.

9.4 The seller indicates as courrier for returned products the same express courrier who provided to the consignment. Through our standard express courrier services, following the procedure described in the Shipping & Returns section, you may return the products to the seller, without having to personally pay the necessary expenses. According to the procedures and time limits for exercising the right of withdrawal, this method enables the direct payment to the seller, on your behalf, for the cost of returning the products purchased, freeing you from any payment obligation to the shipper. This method allows you to track at any time where each item is, freeing you from any liability for loss or damage of goods during their transport.

9.5 If you decide to use a courrier other than that indicated by the seller for the returned goods, the shipping costs will be charged to you, as well as the liability for loss or damage of goods.

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution

11.1 The General Conditions of Sale are governed by the Italian law and in particular by Italian Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 on distance contracts and by Italian Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 on topics related to e-commerce.

11.2 In case of any dispute between the seller and the end user, arising from the General Conditions of Sale, the seller guarantees, as of now, the full agreement and acceptance of the conciliation service RisolviOnline. RisolviOnline is an independent service and institutional service provided by the Chamber of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, which allows to reach a satisfactory agreement, with the help of a competent and neutral conciliator, friendly and safely on the Internet. 12. Edit and update

12.1 The General Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time in consideration of possible regulatory changes. The new Terms of Sale shall be effective from the date of publication on LIDIASHOPPING.IT.
