In any case LIDIASHOPPING.IT reserves the right to delay shipment in case of extraordinary events not attributable to it. For delivery outside the European union we are not responsible any delays due to customs.
LIDIA SHOPPING’s shipments are made via express couriers at the prices indicated in the sections BASIC FREE and TOMORROW MORNING and are sent from Monday to Friday, between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm, plus special shipping on Saturdays. Merchandize ordered during the weekend will be sent on the following Monday.
When the merchandize is sent, the customer will receive an email with the details of the order. To trace the product you will find the tracking number to be inserted in the site of the company that provides the transport service.
All orders placed on LIDIASHOPPING.IT will be accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each individual item in Euro, in accordance with current trade laws.
We would like to remind our new customers that, before sending the parcel, LIDIA SHOPPING will ask Banca Sella to contact the customer’s bank in order to receive an approval of the payment. This operation might slightly delay the delivery.
Upon receiving their order, customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the merchandize before signing the delivery note. LIDIA SHOPPING merchandize is carefully packaged and sealed with LIDIA SHOPPING adhesive tape. If for any reason the packaging seems damaged or the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are kindly requested either to sign the “delivery unchecked” note or to refuse the delivery.
If the delivery is accepted through an unauthorized signature or if there are proofs of the package being damaged, Customers are kindly requested to report it immediately to the local DHL office and to contact LIDIA SHOPPING at email@example.com.
If for any reason the order is not successfully delivered to the address given by the customer in the trade contract, the package might be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. What is more, all customers ordering merchandize at LIDIA SHOPPING establish a trade relation with LIDIA SHOPPING and therefore undertake to accept delivery the delivered package: if for any reason the customer refuses the delivery of the package or requires the return to the sender at the time of delivery, any shipping charges, charged to LIDIASHOPPING.IT, will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
In case of RETURNS, all expenses related to returning merchandize to the sender will be charged to LIDIA SHOPPING for refturns from Italy and made with DHL couriers. Otherwise shipments expenses will be on charge of the Client.
All expenses (shipment ad custom fees) for RETURNS from abroad will be on charge of the Client.
For articles in pre-order the shipment will be made upon arrival of the goods inaccordance with the FREE BASIC mode and following the above provision.
LIDIASHOPPING.IT shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage for free. Once the shipment reaches its destination the insurance becomes invalid.
LIDIASHOPPING.IT reserves in any case the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any orders placed. In case of rejection of an order placed by a customer, the same cannot claim in any way, for that fact, any claim for contractual or extra-contractual damages, except for reimbursement of any amounts already paid.
All footwear and accessories must be returned along with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes part of the product itself and must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, or used as a single outer packaging.
In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or in case of errors in shipments on the part of LIDIASHOPPING.IT, the customer is kindly requested to follow the same instructions as below.
Swimwear and underwear (such as bikini) should be tried on over your underwear. Return of such items will be rejected and returned to the customer if the transparent sanitary protection has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.
All returned items are inspected by LIDIASHOPPING.IT and must meet all the parameters listed in the return process. LIDIASHOPPING.IT reserves the right to impose a charge equal to 10% of the value of returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all terms and conditions prescribed by its return policy and regulations.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, intact and unworn items may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the order. Before enabling the return process, the Customer must ensure that the items are in the same condition as when received, including labels, packaging and accessories (garment covers, hangers, boxes, etc.).
1. To enable the return procedure the Customer must fill in the Returns Online Form on www.lidiashopping.it (customer services – returns form) within 14 days of receiving the package. The form must contain the codes of the articles to be returned and the chosen compensation: change of color/size or refund. Upon receiving the form, LIDIA SHOPPING will notify the activation of the return process via email.
2. Return procedure to change size or color: it is possible to change only with a different size or a different color of the same article, if available. You cannot change with a different item.
3. Return procedure for refund: re-credit will be visible on the statement of the customer's credit card after maximum 30 days from the date of redemption. This timing may vary slightly depending on the credit card’s banking system. It is possible to request a refund of the amount spent at the time of the purchase (for example, if the item is purchased during a promotional period, the amount will be refunded on the promotion and not the full price).
4. The return of the items must be received at the headquarters of LIDIASHOPPING.IT within 10 days of the written confirmation of the activation of the procedure made by the customer.
RETURNS FROM ITALY
5. The return must be made with DHL couriers. The pick up for the return will be arranged by our customer care. The return is FREE AND INSURED* in the event of theft or loss during shipment to our warehouse Rodigo(MN).
6. LIDIASHOPPING.IT reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns sent by couriers other than the ones we indicated. If the customer decides to choose another courier, the cost of return and any theft or loss will be charged exclusively to the customer.

7. The return must be made through our express couriers. The pick up for the return will be arranged by our customer care.
8. You will need to pay the cost of returning the order (shipment and custom fees).
